Customizing your user dictionary in Lotus Notes is simple and can be accomplished by the following steps:

1. Click on File in the menu bar, select Pre ferences, then select User Preferences....

2. In the Basics panel, click on User Dictionary....

   • To add a new word, type the word in the lower box and click on the Add button.

   • To change an existing entry in your user dictionary, highlight the word in the upper box, modify it in the lower box, and click on the Update button.

   • To delete an entry, highlight the word in the upper box and click on the Delete button.

3. Click OK to save your changes.

4. Click OK again to exit the User Preferences... box.
