Stacking replica icons on the Lotus Notes workspace makes it easier to find all replicas of a specific database on the workspace instead of them being on various tabs and all over the place.

To stack or unstack replica icons on the workspace:

1. Open the Lotus Notes workspace by clicking the Workspace bookmark in the Databases bookmark folder (with the blue book on it).

2. Select V iew from the menu bar.

3. Stacking icons: Select Stac k Replica Icons from the drop down list so that a check mark appears next to it.
   
   Unstacking icons: Select Stac k Replica Icons from the drop down list so that a check mark no longer appears next to it.

Depending on which action was being performed, all replica icons will now be either stacked or unstacked on the workspace.

To use the stacked replicas:

1. Open the Lotus Notes workspace by clicking the Workspace bookmark in the Databases bookmark folder.

2. Click the tiny arrow in the upper right corner of the stacked replica icons. Various servers will be displayed for that database if they are currently on the workspace.

3. Single click on the server that you want to use. The top icon on the stack will switch to that server.

Double click on the top icon to open the database on the new server.
