Printing from a view in Lotus Notes is simple and can be accomplished by the following steps:

1. When you have the view open, click on the File option of the menu bar and select Print....

2. In the File Print dialog box, go to View options: in the middle of the screen.

   • Click the Print View radio button if you want to print the view as it appears on the screen. To print part of the view from the view itself, click the left-hand column next to the documents you want to print and select Print View.

   • Click the Print se lected documents radio button if you want to print the actual documents.

3. Click the OK button to send the print job to the printer.
