How to report your name pronounced incorrectly in HELLO
To ensure that your name is pronounced correctly in the HELLO voice recognition system, do a test call to yourself to see if your name is recognized and how it is pronouced. If your name is not pronounced correctly, you will need to re-record your in the HELLO system.
