How to access HELLO from an external number
To access the HELLO voice recognition system from an external number:
Pleasanton/SF Bay area: Dial 925-694-9411 3556 (925-69H-ELLO).
Denver area: Dial (303) 334-3556 (303-33H-ELLO).
All other locations can dial either of the numbers listed above as a long distance call.
You can program a speed-dial for this number from your cell phone. Because of the uneven sound quality of cell phones, however, the HELLO system might not understand the name you are requesting. If this happens, press "
0" to speak to a live operator.
