Customer1 is PeopleSoft's internal implementation of PeopleSoft 8.4 CRM. It enables PeopleSoft to capture a unified, 360-degree view of the customer. Customer1 integrates business processes around the customer and defines data ownership throughout the life cycle of an account from prospect to loyal PeopleSoft customer.

The global Sales, PGS, and Support Sales organizations use Customer1 to manage leads and opportunities and to forecast their business.

Note: In Customer1 a sales representative is defined as selling either products or services for PeopleSoft.
