1. Log in to Planet PeopleSoft using your network name and password. For information, see Eureka! document 15270 — How to log on to Planet PeopleSoft.

2. From the Planet PeopleSoft home page, select Communities, then Sales (Field Connection).

3. Click Customer1.

From here, you can select the following for further information:

• Contacts & Power Users: Gives you a current list of contacts and regional Power Users.Your regional Power User can provide support and additional training, and should be your first point of contact.
  
  
• Resources: Contains the various Customer1 forms, documents, user manuals, presentations, etc.
  
  
• FAQs: Contains a list of frequently asked questions.
