Application Hangs During Search for Customer

The difficulty you are experiencing with the application hanging when you are searching for a customer in Customer1 is probably because you have not entered any search criteria into the Maintain Customer search fields.

To solve this, you need to shut the browser down completely and restart. Then log in and perform the search again, making sure you enter some search criteria.
