In Fulfillment, No Address ID Attached to Customer Contact

In the Customer1 Lead or Opportunity Fulfillment section, if there is no Address ID attached to a customer contact:

  1. Go back to the contact record by going to Home, then selecting Manage Customers, then Manage Customers, then Use, then Maintain Contacts.

  2. Search for the contact, and add an address in the Address/Phone/Email tab.

  3. Save the contact record.

You should now find data in the Address ID lookup in the Lead-Fulfillment or Opportunity-Fulfillment section.
