Opportunity Issues

List of Values under the Forecast Type is not in correct order

Issue: When selecting a Forecast Type, the current quarter types are not in order. Current quarter and outside quarter types should be grouped together.
Workaround: The list is in alphabetical order.

Drop down Confidence % should be sorted by %

Issue: The drop down list of Confidence % should be sorted differently. Currently it is 100, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, < 30. It should be < 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100.
Workaround: This is how the application works, due to a PeopleTools issue.

Partner Involvement

Issue: In the Partner section, Partner Involvement was set to Introduced for more than one record. System should only allow for one record to have Partner Involvement set to Introduced. Second record cannot be deleted since Delete button (-) is disabled.
Workaround: This is the way the application is supposed to work. Partners with the Partner Involvement value of Introduced cannot be deleted.

Competitor Names incorrect

Issue: When selecting the Competitor Lookup button, the list displays our Customers rather than our Competitor values.
Workaround: This is the intended use of the application.

When cloning an Opportunity, Campaign should be an option

Issue: When cloning an Opportunity, Campaign should be an option. At the moment Campaign is not cloned, nor is it an option to select.
Workaround: This is the intended use of the application. When we clone a combined deal because of delay in decision for services, we want to maintain the campaign information on the cloned (services) opportunity.
