How to exit from the Interaction Client

To exit from the Interaction Client:

  1. In the Windows System Tray, right-click on the phone icon. The Interactive client menu appears.

  2. Select Exit.

Note: Clicking on the X box in the upper right corner of the Interactive Client window only minimizes the wondow; it does not exist the Interactive Client applications.
