Seeing Leads that Are Not part of Visibility/Territory
You see Leads in your list on the Lead home page that are not part of your visibility/territory tree, or that you feel are not part of your visibility/territory tree access
Try to open the lead from the list. In most cases you will get a “not authorized” message. If you can view the lead it may mean that you have been assigned a task within the lead, or that someone who reports to you has been assigned a task.
