ICE Software Requirement
To use ICE, you need Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or higher (this version was delivered to most PeopleSoft machines on Wednesday, 27 February, with a standard PeopleSoft Network Update).
If you are a developer and will be creating resolutions for posting, you will also need a development tool called the PeopleSoft ICE Resolution Assistant (PIRA), which is available in the Software Library.
