With ICE, the concept of "unpost" and "repost" has gone away. (These were confusing to customers, anyway.) In ICE, an update can be made unavailable if it's necessary that customers not access it. Most changes to anything other than the Code Attachments (see the User Guide) do not require a repost; the change can be made and then you can do an "update post" action. The "update post" action also makes available a previously made-unavailable update. If the Code Attachments to the update need to be replaced, you must supersede the update.
