How will I be trained to use ICE?

ICE is developed on the PeopleTools 8.16 platform, so its operation will be similar to most other PeopleSoft 8 applications. Thus, most training will center around application-specific issues. Planned training avenues are:

• Seminar-on-Demand sessions which show the basic operations (navigation, creating an incident, searching and updating incidents, user settings, resolutions, reporting), terminology, and advanced operations (posting, bundling).
  
  
• Recorded WebEx sessions.
  
  
• ICE experts in your group.
