What are APRD, PDI, TPRD, SAR, Gromit, and Vantastic?

These are the tracking systems in use today, to be replaced by ICE. More specifically, they are:

• APRD: Application Production Release Database. Tracks issues and posts updates for applications (products).
  
  
• TPRD: Tools Production Release Database. Tracks issues for PeopleTools.
  
  
• SAR: Software Action Request.
  
  
• PDI: Product Documentation Incident. Tracks issues with product documentation.
  
  
• Gromit: Tracks issues for system, install, upgrade, and platform test.
