ICE Product Manager Field not Populated
What happens if a report is opened and the Product Manager field is not populated because a Product Manager is not on file for the product?
The incident will not appear in anyone's work queue. If you've created such an incident, be sure to call it to the attention of the appropriate person to handle it. Product Managers should ensure their names are entered in the product table (ICE Administration > Setup > Product Manager). Remember that the Product Manager's name won't show on the page until the incident is saved!
