Campaign Naming Structure

Document number: 11488

Before you can look up campaigns, it is helpful to understand the formal Campaign Naming Structure that PeopleSoft uses within Customer1. This lets you quickly identify campaigns and waves that you are seeking.

The fields containing the formal Campaign Name and Wave Name are the Campaign Name and Wave Name fields. These are free-form text fields, and we have established a consistent structure to populate them.

Campaigns are named in the following structure:

Sponsor of Campaign (4 characters) Campaign Name (up to 30 characters) Theatre (up to 4 characters)

Examples:
HRMS eBenefits Promotion NA
CPB Leadership Summit NA

Waves are named in the following structure:

Featured Product/Industry/Services Group (4 characters) Wave Description (up to 26 characters) Sponsor (4 characters) Channel (4 characters)

Examples:
HRMS Seminar HRMS EV
CRM Invitation CPB DM
