All changes to lead status and lead owner are audited and recorded, displaying a history audit for the lead. The audit history includes date and time of the Lead, Status of Owner, change, the user who changed it, the old value, and the new value of the field changed.

The online Lead Status and Lead Owner audit trail provides users information on when the status or owner field has been updated. This is useful for analyzing and evaluating the lead management process.

The values for Lead Status are:

• IN - Inquiry
  
  
• IM - Marketing Inquiry
  
  
• AC - Accepted
  
  
• OP - Open
  
  
• CQ - Contact / Qualified
  
  
• RJ - Rejected
