    Pre-Qualify

    Qualify

    • Pain/Fit/Funding confirmed, meets Ideal Account Profile, is an account we would want to do business with
    • Customer articulates pain/fit/funding

    Discovery

    • Compelling Event identified
    • Services Solution initiated w/PGS and Partner
    • Verifies PeopleSoft has viable solution and fit

    Lead & Control

    PeopleSoft Milestone Customer Milestone
    • Total solution defined:
      • Software
      • Services
      • Education
      • Support
      • Hosting
    • Customer Tearm validates solution and short-lists PSFT

    Selection

    PeopleSoft Milestone Customer Milestone
    • Legal/Finance review completed
    • Formal solution proposal presented
    • Closing strategy established
    • PeopleSoft selected
    • Approval process and timing defined

    Negotiation

    PeopleSoft Milestone Customer Milestone
    • License/Services agreements successfully negotiated
    • Legal and Rev. Rec. confirmed
    • Customer signs
      • License contract
      • Consulting Services Agreement
      • Statement of Services Agreement

    Closed/Transition
