360 Degree View

Used to display summary information for all leads, opportunities, installed products, agreements, recent support cases, the company/rep profile, and the company hierarchy from either the company's or representative's point of view. May also be used to add a new lead or opportunity.

Navigation: Select the 360 Degree View link at the bottom of the menu.

Company Account List

Used to search for companies (customer or prospect). Links to the Company's 360 Degree View. Allows filtering capabilities to populate company listings. Allows exporting company information to Excel. Account Plan (accessible by the Account Plan link) available only by those on the Company Account Team.

Navigation: From Customers, select Company Account List.

Representatives List

Used to search for representatives associated to a company. Allows filtering capabilities to populate representative listings. Allows exporting contact information to Excel. Links to Representative's 360 Degree View. "Show Company" button lists all Companies associated to the Representative. Company link opens the Company record.

Navigation: From Customers, select Representatives List.

Leads List

Used to search for and view list of leads. Allows filtering capabilities to populate lead. Allows exporting lead information to Excel.

Navigation: From Sales, select Leads, then Leads List.

Opportunities List

Used to search for and view list of opportunities. Allows filtering capabilities to populate opportunity listings. Allows exporting opportunity information to Excel.

Navigation: From Sales, select Opportunities, then Opportunities List.

Revenue Forecast

Used to generate a real-time forecast.

Navigation: From Sales, select Forecasts, then Revenue Forecast, then Create.

My Favorites

Used to access frequently used Components that have been added with the Add to Favorites link.

Navigation: Item at the top of the main menu.
