The Account Plan and Opportunity Profile reports can be run from within the Customer1 application and are created using real-time data. The Account Plan Report is accessed from within the Company, Account Plan sub-page. The Opportunity Profile Report is accessed from the Opportunity component task bar.

Account Plan

This is one of the key reports a sales representative should be very familiar with. It lets the account team create an individual Account Profile to be used by management during account and ops reviews. The security of the Account reports is based upon the security in Customer1. In order to see account plan information, a user must be on an Account Team and have access to the Account Plan hyperlink.

The report is run from an icon located on the Account Plan sub-page, which is located within the Company component, on the Account tab.

  1. Go to Customer and select Company.

  2. Search and select a Company.

  3. Click on the Account tab.

  4. Click on the Account Plan hyperlink.

  5. Click on the Generate Report icon.

Opportunity Profile

This report enables a sales representative to create the profile of an Opportunity. The Opportunity Profile Report provides detailed information to management on a specific opportunity such as revenue, sales team, and product interest. The Opportunity Profile is the sales team discussion document for all deals and in the Operations Reviews.

  1. Go to Sales and select Leads, then Opportunities.

  2. Search and select an Opportunity.

  3. Click on the Generate Report icon.

The report is grouped into logical subject areas that provide information on Company Address, Opportunity Forecast, Company Information, Products/Services, Partners, Competition, Representatives, Sales Team, Tasks, Target Environment, Profile, and Other Open Opportunities. You are prompted to select one or more accounts as report parameters.
