For the Solution Approver, is it possible for the same approver to have access more that one Product/library for solutions?

There is only one Solution approver per product or library (depending on how your group is set up) and there can be multiple Approvers for those same products or libraries, but just one primary. A Solution Approver can be tied to multiple products or libraries.
