The Company component represents the customer profile. Within the component are pages to define and update Site, Representatives, Roles, and Relationships. Use this component to manage customer profile information. For instance, using the Representative page, you can update representative information such as contact numbers and associated site locations.

The Company component defines addresses and contact numbers, representatives, sites, purchasing options, and other company profile information. Use Company to search for company information. Primary page sub-tabs for Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Pager.

Other tabs enable you to access pages of company information:

• Site - list of site address, phone, email, and pager numbers.
  
  
• Representative - list of representatives associated with the company.
  
  
• Notes and Attachments - Notes regarding the activity with a company.
  
  
• Roles - define company roles e.g. alliances, partners, vendor.
  
  
• Relationships - view and create relationships related to roles.
  
  
• Metrics - metric types include number of employees, revenue,
  
  
• References - totals of points received for reference activities
  
  
• Account - track profile for Account Team and Account Plan.
