IT-Application Services is rolling out a WBT about Address Book Business Rules for Customer Related Records. The WBT will be taken domestically and internationally. The AB Users will be launching the WBT on the KG from a link on the following page:

There are twooptions for running the WBT:

Run from the link via the network.
Download a self-extracting executable file for international users.

Here are some possible questions/scenarios that may be posed by AB Users, along with the appropriate responses:

The WBT is taking too long to load.

Ask the AB User whether he is trying to run it over the network, or downloading the WBT. If he is running it over the network and it is taking too long, encourage him to download it to his hard drive from the self-extracting executable file located on the lower part of the page.
When the AB User selects "Download" for the WBT, he receives a prompt asking how he wants to download the file: Run from Current location or save to hard drive.

Have the AB User run the file from its current location. It is a self-extracting executable file and will download to the hard drive.

Questions about the content within the WBT should be sent to the ABFeedback@jdedwards.com mailbox.

For those AB Users that download the WBT, we are hoping to create a desktop icon to run the WBT. However, if the Icon is not on their desktop and they do not know where the file was installed, the executable file will save the WBT to C:ABWBT. Look for a file named MainMenu.htm to run the WBT.

If there are issues that the Help Desk cannot resolve, the call should be logged to the 120900 Queue, with the problem documented in the log.
