OneWorld SOP Application
Who: All IT Help Desk Technicians
Why: To provide support for the OneWorld Service Order Processing (SOP) application
What:
Note: If a user requests support on how to use the application they should contact their Super User.
Note: Users should login through http://owwebprod/jde/owhtml. They can also access SOP through the OneWorld Portal.
What is SOP?
Sales Order Processing is the tool used for entering customer orders, approving them for shipment, shipping them and handling the accounting of the orders.
Who uses SOP?
In GSS, there are approximately 700 users of the order entry component, of which about 40 are core users.
If a user can access the application but the application is not functioning correctly OR the application does not load (but others are accessible), log a ticket to Application Services (120900).
If a user is unable to access the portal server, send a P1 ticket to OAMG (120150).
Issues printing Pick Slips:
If a user experiences issues when trying to print Pick Slips, create a CSMS call and send it to OAMG to investigate.
Order Workbench Performance Workaround:
From the JD Edwards Sales Order Processing Menu (C4201), select any of the Order Entry submenus to get to Order Workbench.
Once this custom grid is in place, performance is greatly improved the next (and subsequent) times the user opens the Order Workbench
