Can I have more Inboxes open automatically?

No. The design of the NorthStar client application is limited to opening your personal Inbox, the Informational Inbox, and the Enterprise ("Whiteboard") Inbox only. You may open any Inbox you have access to by clicking File and then Inbox... at any time during your client session, but the client is not able to open these other Inboxes automatically.

Where can I find more information on Inboxes?

The NorthStar Client User's Guide is the documentation for the NorthStar client application. There are areas dedicated to discussing the different types of Inboxes, the types of information displayed in the various columns, and other information about using your personal Inbox, and working from group Inboxes. (You should also speak with your department manager in case he or she has additional information or preferences about how your department's group Inbox should be managed.)
