The difficulty you are experiencing is that you cannot read the information in the Current Active Configuration field and the A vailable Configurations field in PSVer Control. Certain text in the H elp file may also be hard to read.

To work around this problem, pass your mouse over the Current Active Configuration field and the text may become visible enough for you to read it. Click in the A vailable Configurations field to see the entry (ies) in that field.

This problem is caused by changing the background color, the wallpaper, or the desktop theme of your machine to some color or picture other than the Windows standard. Not all colors or themes cause this problem.

To solve the problem permanently, you can change your colors or theme to another one, or back to the Windows standard colors or settings.
