How to use Eureka!

Self Help Answer Wizard

The Answer Wizard helps you diagnose your problem and focus on the best solution. This is not a key word search, but uses a decision tree to help you find the information you need. For more information about the Answer Wizard, see its Help File.

Fetch a Document by Number

Use this feature when you know the Eureka! document number. Simply type that five-digit number into the box provided and click on Go Fetch It! An HTML file with step by step instructions for solving your problem will open in your browser so that you may read it, print it, bookmark it, or even save it to your hard drive for future reference.
