The difficulty you are experiencing is that you are unable to see the Next button when creating a Group Modifications request in NorthStar. Here is a screen shot of the problem:

This is probably caused by the fact that you have reset your system fonts to "Large Fonts" To solve this, you need to change your font size back to the default size (Small Fonts). See Eureka! document 69002 — How to change screen resolution, font size, or icon size for information on how to change the font size back to the default.

If you have not changed your font default size or if changing the font size does not help, you will need to log the request using another machine. After you use the other machine, be sure to log out of NorthStar on that machine to protect your username and password information.
