Previous CBR Search Exists box

The Previous CBR Search Exists popup box indicates that someone has already at least started a CasePoint search for the NorthStar ticket you are viewing. There are 4 options to choose from. Each is briefly described below:
Start with existing search, changes must be saved: The last CasePoint search that was saved will appear. Any changes you make to the search will overwrite the information of the previous search, including the CBR Status field on the NorthStar ticket. If the previous CBR Status was Accept or Feedback, if you click back to the CasePoint tab without clicking the Accept or Feedback button, the CBR Status will be changed to Return. There is no way to preserve the CBR Status field if you choose this option.
Keep existing search, read only: The last CasePoint search that was saved will appear. Because the search is "read-only," no changes can be made to the existing search, nor can a new search be done. You would choose this option to review a CasePoint search made by a previous analyst. Note that you cannot launch any of the documents in the Action field.
Keep existing search, changes will not be saved: The last CasePoint search that was saved will appear. Updates to the search can be made, but will not be saved when the Information tab is clicked again. You will not change the CBR Status field on the NorthStar ticket field when you choose this option, but you will also not be able to click on the Accept or Feedback buttons.
Start a new search, changes must be saved: When this option is chosen, the previous search is removed and a new search based on the brief symptom field in NorthStar is started. The CBR Status field on the NorthStar ticket is affected by this choice.
