The corporate presentation template that every executive and employee should be using for every presentation is available on the Marketing Connection website. To get to that site and download the templates, follow these steps:

1. Launch Internet Explorer and type or paste this URL in the Address field: http://www.peoplesoftmarketing.com.

2. If you are accessing the site for the first time from a PeopleSoft location, you will be asked to fill in a User Profile form. On this form you will be asked to fill in fields assigning yourself a username and password. You will only need this login information if you are accessing the site remotely. If you are accessing the site for the first time and you are not at a PeopleSoft office location, email the site administrator at marketing_connection@peoplesoft.com, to set up a User Profile with login information for you.

3. On the Marketing Connection screen, click on the Multimedia tab near the top of the screen.

4. Click on the PowerPoint Templates link on the left side of the screen.

5. Click on the Corporate Templates link.

6. Click on a link on the page presented and follow the onscreen instructions to download the file.

7. Click on the Select Format dropdown box and choose a format for the file.

8. Click on the Select Action dropdown box to choose how you would like the file delivered.

9. Click the Do It! button.

10. Because the *.PPT files are large, they have been zipped up. You may get a screen asking if you wish to Open this file from its current location or Save this file to disk. Generally, it's better to save to the file to your hard drive so that you may access it at any time. If you are not prompted to save the file, go on to the next step to extract or unzip the file to your hard drive.

11. Once you download the file, you may unzip or extract the file to your hard drive. The standard PeopleSoft compression software is PKZIP, but you may have WinZip on your machine instead. Extract the zipped *.PPT file to your hard drive by double-clicking on it and choosing a drive and directory for the *.PPT file. The file should be delivered to your machine based on the selections you made.
