Don't see any skills under a branch of a tree in Competency Management
The difficulty you are experiencing is that you are adding competencies to your evaluation using the tree method, and no skills are appearing when you click on a "leaf" of one of the branches.
This functionality is by design in Competency Management. If all the competencies for a particular branch are already in your evaluation, you will not see any skills listed for that branch. You generally only need to use the tree method to add Competencies that have not been added to your evaluation by choosing a job task or added by you previously.
