Review Bids in Resource Management

Global Services Managers and Resourcers may use the Review Bids feature. Deployable resources use the myBids feature (for more information about myBids, see Eureka! document 15250 — Reviewing your bids - myBids.)

You may view the bids that a deployable resource has made for assignments. You may also recommend a deployable resource for an assignment using the Find Assignment feature of the Resource Management application. To view the bids made, you may use the Review Bids feature. You may also cancel a bid or resubmit a bid that was canceled. For an explanation of each of the fields on the page, click on the Help button to launch the Web-based Learning Assistant (WLA) in the Resource Management application.

How to get to the bids of a deployable resource

There is more than one way to navigate to the Review Bids page. The instructions below discuss how to get there from the Resource Management Home Page:

Launch the Resource Management Home Page. For more information on where to find the page, see Eureka! document 15233 — How to access the Resource Management Home Page and dashboards.
From the Resource Management Home Page, click on the Assignments icon.
Click on the Review Bids icon.
On the Resource Search screen, enter your search parameters and click the Search button.
A list of deployable resources appears. Click on the name of the deployable resource whose bids you wish to see.

You should see Review Bids page for the deployable resource of your choice.

Cancel or resubmit a bid

To cancel or resubmit a bid, click on the View Detail link associated with that assignment. Then you will see the details of the assignment. The deployable resource's rated qualifications are also indicated on the page. (A key for the symbols indicating the qualifications appears right above the "Bid for Assignment" section.)

In the Bid for Assignment section, you should see a button labeled either Cancel Bid or Resubmit Bid, depending on the current status of the bid. Click on the button if appropriate.
