Changing your technician name for the NorthStar client
If you are a NorthStar Technician running the NorthStar client application, and wish to change your technician name, open a NorthStar ticket. Specify the name you would like to use to log in. That name will also appear on all tickets or updates you create in the NorthStar client application.
If you are a Full-Time Employee and would like to change your name in the NorthStar on the web application Home Page, you must change your name with HR.
