If an object in Process Modeler has at least one attachment that may be launched, it will have a paperclip and downarrow icon, like this: .

To launch the attachment(s), follow these steps:

1. Click once on the downarrow portion of the icon.

2. A popup list appears of the available attachments.

• The type of attachment (file, URL, or email) is also identified.

3. Click on the attachment you wish to launch.
• If the attachment link is a file, you must have the native application on your machine. For example, if the file is an *.xls file, you must have Microsoft Excel installed on your machine.

• If the attachment is an email link, Lotus Notes should launch and an email will be created (but not sent).

 

The chosen attachment should be launched.
