You can change the date format for your NorthStar web information. Follow these steps:

1. Launch NorthStar web.

2. Usually, you will be taken directly to the My Home Page screen.

• If you get the logon screen, click here to go to the next step.

3. At the top of the screen, click on the link that says "If you are not name, please click here."

4. You will be taken to the login screen.

5. Near the bottom of the screen, there is a field listing various countries:
   

6. Click on the down arrow next to current country.

7. Choose from the countries listed.

8. Click OK.

The date format for your NorthStar web information will be changed to reflect the format used in the country you chose.

Note: The times shown are always for Pleasanton, California time.
