There are 2 versions of Connected software. They both do essentially the same thing in the same manner: they back up workstation data files. The version of the software you are running indicates the server to which your data goes.

• Connected TLM version 6.2
  • This version is on machines for employees based in any PeopleSoft office EXCEPT the Denver office.
  • The backup server is located in Pleasanton, California.
  • When you launch the software, you see the following at the top of the home page:
    
    

 

• Connected DataProtector version 7.1
  • This version is on machines for employees based in the Denver office.
  • The backup server is located in Denver, Colorado.
