No list of attachments shows in published Process Modeler model

This issue so far applies mainly to the EDPM intranet site models.

The difficulty you are experiencing is that when you click on an object on a published Process Modeler model while in Internet Explorer version 5.5, a list of the attachments does not appear. When you click the object, you only see a small yellow triangle with an exclamation point at the lower left hand corner of Internet Explorer and a message about a java error.

To solve this, try the following:

Close all your browser windows. Then relaunch your browser and try again.
Make sure that the object you are clicking actually has an attachment. The object should have a paperclip icon at the bottom of it:
If neither of those steps work for you, please upgrade to Internet Explorer version 6. Follow the steps below:
- If you already are using Internet Explorer version 6, or this step does not resolve the problem, please open a NorthStar ticket and report the problem. Be sure to specify the location of the published model in your ticket so that the model may be examined by the analysts.
- Legacy PeopleSoft employees: Go to the Software Library and install I.E. 6.
  - Note: Only legacy PeopleSoft employees should use this method.
  1. Open Lotus Notes, then open the Software Library by clicking the bookmark link.
  2. Click the Standard Software Package Installs icon.
  3. Scroll until you see the entry IE 6 Internet Browser and double-click on it to open it.
  4. Follow ALL of the instructions on the page to install the software. If you are not prompted to reboot your machine after installing, reboot it manually.
