If the sender of an email message selects the Prevent copying tool in Delivery Options... when responding, the recipients will not be able to see the sender's email, only the Subject line. None of the previous message's information will copy to the response.

Prevent copying inhibits any recipient from doing the following:

• Forwarding
• Reply with History
• Copy or Cut and Paste
• Printing

This way, the sender knows that confidential or sensitive information cannot be passed on as the original document.

To Prevent copying on a message you are composing:

1. Select Delivery Options.... from the action buttons when composing the note.

2. Click on Prevent copying so that it has an x in the box.

3. Click OK. The message is then ready to be sent with the Prevent copying feature enabled.
