Notes Email Name is empty or incorrect in PeoplePeople Directory
The Notes Email Name field in the PeoplePeople Directory database is populated by information in the HR database.
If you open the PeoplePeople Directory and see that the Notes Email Name field is empty or incorrect, see Eureka! document 10071 — How to change your name in Lotus Notes.
If your HRDB Preferred Name is incorrect in the PeoplePeople Directory, log a NorthStar ticket so that your information can be corrected in the HR database.
