How to create a calendar entry from a mail message in Lotus Notes
To create a Lotus Notes calendar entry from a mail message:
Open the Lotus Notes message that you want to add to the calendar entry.
Click on the Copy into action button.
Select New Calendar Entry from the drop down menu.
Make the appropriate changes to the date and time of the entry and in the Entry type: field (a Meeting, Appointment, All Day Event, Anniversary, or Reminder). The body of the memo appears in the Description: field.
Note: If you choose to copy a memo as a meeting calendar entry, you will need to issue invitations to the proposed participants.
Click on Save and Send Invitations action button to save the entry in your calendar.
The new entry has now been saved in your calendar.
