How to create a calendar entry from an existing calendar entry in Lotus Notes
To create a Lotus Notes calendar entry from an existing calendar entry:
On your Lotus Notes calendar, highlight (but don't open) the existing calendar entry from which you wish to create the new Calendar entry.
Click on the Copy into button above the date boxes of your calendar.
Select New Calendar Entry from the next drop down menu.
Make the appropriate changes to the Entry type: (Anniversary, Appointment, Event, Meeting, or Reminder) and the date and time. The Subject: information should appear as it does in the existing calendar entry. Note that if you choose to copy a meeting or turn another kind of calendar entry into a meeting, you will need to issue invitations to the proposed participants.
Add any additional information you wish in the Description: field below the date and time fields.
Click on the Save and Close button to save the entry in your calendar.
The new entry has now been added to your calendar.
