To create radio buttons using Microsoft Excel 97:
Open the spreadsheet that needs to have radio buttons added.
Select View from the menu bar and select Toolbars from the drop down menu.
Click Forms so that the Forms pop up window appears.
Single click on the radio button icon. Your cursor will now look like a plus (+) sign.
Select the area within the spreadsheet where you want to add the button and draw a rectangle by clicking your left mouse button to outline the area where the button should appear.
Once you have drawn the rectangle, release the left mouse button and the radio button will appear.
Repeat this process until the number of buttons you need have been added to the spreadsheet.
Note: You will now need to assign macros to the button. For information regarding macros, please consult the Help function in Microsoft Excel.
