How to determine which Lotus Notes distribution lists a user is in
Distribution lists in the PeopleSoft Directory are public groups that may be used for sending e-mail messages to or to designate specific access to databases in Lotus Notes.
To determine which distribution lists a user is a member of in the PeopleSoft Directory:
Open the PeopleSoft Directory by single clicking on the bookmark located in the Databases bookmark folder.
Click the People By Groups view located in the left hand navigation panel.
Type the user's name and click OK.
Double-click on the user's name so that it expands and lists the groups.
The groups listed under the user's name are the public distribution groups they are currently in.
