How to change the default font in Lotus Notes
The default font in Lotus Notes is helvetica. When new documents are composed in a database or a new message is created or replied to in the mail file, the font used will be helvetica. The default font can be changed to another font although some functionality may be lost such as when trying to create sections or modify the font properties.
To change the default font:
The default font has now been changed to the new one selected. New documents or e-mail messages and replies will now be created with the new font.
For information on how to increase the default font size, see Eureka! document 16128 — How to increase the font size in Lotus Notes. Depending on which new font has been selected, however, the font size may not be able to be increased.
