Note: Lotus iNotes (Webmail) is currently in beta testing mode only and is not available to the general PeopleSoft population. The pilot is currently closed and is not being expanded to include additional users. Look for communications via OneVoice regarding iNotes (Webmail) in the future.
The Contacts list in iNotes Web Access is basically the same as the Personal Address Book in the Lotus Notes client. Entries for individual contacts may be created, but personal groups cannot. There are three views in the Contacts list - by Name; by E-mail address; and, by Company name.
Creating a new Contact
Contacts can be synchronized with the Personal Address Book in the Lotus Notes client so that entries created, modified or deleted do not need to be manually duplicated. For information on synchronizing Contacts with the Personal Address Book, see Eureka! document
16145 — How to synchronize the Personal Address Book and Contacts list.
