The C.Apps.Notes.Data folder located in the C:\Temp directory
When an attachment is viewed or launched from Lotus Notes, a folder named C.Apps.Notes.Data will be created in the C:\Temp directory. The documents or files contained in that folder will not affect the Lotus Notes application as they are located in a temporary directory. If the document needs to be viewed again, it can be launched by double clicking the item from the C.Apps.Notes.Data folder.
The folder may be deleted. If it is deleted, however, the next time an attachment is viewed or launched from within Lotus Notes, a new C.Apps.Notes.Data folder will be created in the C:\Temp directory.
