All WebEx meetings are password protected. Security has been implemented so that some passwords cannot be used because they can be easily guessed or figured out.

The following lists the criteria that will result in password rejection:

• A password that is less than 6 characters in length. All passwords must contain 6 characters minimum.
  
  
• Any part of:
  
  
  • The meeting host's name.
  • The actual meeting name itself.
  • The site URL.
  • Any visible web page text on the PeopleSoft WebEx home page.
  • Any variation of the word password.
  • Any day of the week.
  • Any month of the year.
  • Other common passwords that are easy to guess, such as meeting or test.

It is recommended that a combination of letters and numbers be used in a password to make it more unique.
