Distribution lists in the PeopleSoft Directory are public groups that may be used for sending e-mail messages to or to designate specific access to databases in Lotus Notes. Group members can be individuals or other distribution lists.

To see the members of a distribution list:

1. Open the PeopleSoft Directory by single clicking on the bookmark located in the Databases bookmark folder.

2. Click the " Groups" view located in the left hand navigation panel.

3. Type the name or partial name of the group and click OK.

4. Double click on the group name to open the list.

The group members appear in the Members: field.
